Basic Cleaning Price List
Cleaning is personal and some jobs can be more detailed than others. Call for a free in home estimate!
All flooring (hardwood, carpeting, tile, laminates), sinks, counter-tops tubs and showers, toilets, mirrors, dusting, baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans, trash removal, outside appliances including stainless steel. This will include reachable inside windows.
We charge between .15 and .30 per square feet, cleaning prices vary on the size and condition of the property. All surfaces will be cleaned. If we can reach it, we will clean it!
Touch Up Cleans - .15 per square foot (1000 square feet = $150)
Deep Cleans - .30 per square foot (1000 square feet = $300)

Cleaning Check List
Kitchen
Clean all cabinets top, inside and outside. Remove all items in cabinets and dispose
Clean microwave inside and out
Move range and clean under, inside and stove top.
Clean range hood, filter and fan
Refrigerator- move and clean under it, vacum coils, dispose of ice in icemaker and shut off
Refrigerator- Clean inside and outside, removing all shelves and bins
Scrub sink, faucet and countertops-buff stainless
Vacum and mop floor
Dust and remove all cobwebs and clean walls ceiling including corners
Remove light fixture covers and clean inside and out
Clean windows and tracks and sills
Wipe down baseboards, trim and corners
Bathroom
Clean shower, tub, and faucet-buff stainless
Clean sink, countertops, and faucet-buff stainless

Clean all fixtures, towel bars, mirrors, windows, sills and tracks
Wipe down baseboards, trim and corners

Detail clean sliding glass doors, tracks, inside and out
Fireplace-vacum out inside-clean outside
Clean all doorknobs and hardware
Clean all blinds and vacum curtains
Clean all doors inside and out
Sweep and dust basements that are unfinished

Clean and sweep off patios and porches(spray off exterior if bugs and cobwebs)
